Mr. Hughes’ clients include landowners, developers and tenants in connection with the acquisition, leasing, permitting and funding of residential and commercial projects, real estate developments, retail centers, office complexes, quarries and other land uses. He also represents borrowers in a variety of transactional and financing matters and individuals and families in estate planning and administration.
Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Mr. Hughes was a founding partner of Hughes, Kalkbrenner & Ozorowski, LLP (formerly Kaufman & Hughes) where he practiced for over 46 years.
